Our Core Principles: The Spirit of Our Community

• Honor Each Path: We come from diverse traditions, backgrounds, and levels of experience. Respect every individual's journey as unique and valid. Approach discussions with curiosity, not judgment.

• Offer Support, Not Unsolicited Advice: Listen deeply. Offer your presence and empathy. Share from your own experience ("I felt..." or "In my experience...") rather than telling others what they should do.

• Assume Good Intent: We are all learning and growing. Approach conversations with the assumption that others are contributing from a place of sincerity, even if their perspective differs from yours.

• Practice Mindful Communication: Before you post, pause. Is it true? Is it kind? Is it necessary? Is it helpful?

Our Boundaries: Keeping Our Space Safe

To protect the integrity of our community, the following are strictly prohibited:

• No Hate Speech, Bullying, or Harassment: We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content that is racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise discriminatory or threatening.

• No Medical or Psychological Claims: This is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. You may not offer diagnoses, prescribe treatments, or make unsubstantiated health claims. Sharing your personal wellness journey is welcome; telling others what to do for their health is not.

• No Spam or Unauthorized Promotion: Do not use public spaces (groups, forums, comments) to promote your personal services, products, or external links without permission. Your professional services belong on your Page and in the Offers (Marketplace).

• No Illegal Activity or Explicit Content: Any posts depicting, promoting, or encouraging illegal acts or containing graphic or sexually explicit content will be removed immediately.

• Respect Privacy: Do not share private information about other members without their explicit consent.

Our Commitment to Safety

We take these guidelines seriously. Violations may result in:

1. A friendly warning and/or content removal.

2. A temporary suspension of posting privileges.

3. A permanent removal from the community.

• Manage Your Privacy: Visit your Account Settings to control who can see your information and manage your privacy preferences.
