3. The "Grounding Cord" Anchor: Connect to Earth's Stability

The Technique: This visualization instantly reconnects you to a source of infinite stability.

  • Step 1: Sit in a chair with your feet flat on the floor (shoes off if possible). Close your eyes.

  • Step 6: Continue for 1-2 minutes. Feel your body become heavy, stable, and calm.

When to Use It: Do this first thing in the morning to start your day centered, or anytime you feel your mind spinning out of control.
